Scope of Services

Each service provided will be outlined in a formal contract between the Company and the Client, including a detailed scope of work, timelines, and costs.

Payment Terms
All payments for services rendered by Uber Works Inc. must be made according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the contract. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest. The Company reserves the right to withhold or suspend services if payments are not made as agreed.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and access to the project site as required. Delays caused by the Client’s failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in additional costs or extensions to the project timeline.

Licensing and Compliance
Uber Works Inc. is a licensed and insured construction company. We adhere to all local, provincial, and national regulations governing construction projects. Any necessary permits will be obtained by the Company or the Client, as agreed upon in the contract.

Project Timeline and Delays
While Uber Works Inc. makes every effort to complete projects within the agreed-upon timeline, unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, supply shortages, or regulatory delays, may affect the project schedule. The Company will communicate any delays to the Client as soon as possible.

Warranty and Liability
Uber Works Inc. offers a limited warranty on all completed projects as outlined in the contract. The warranty covers structural defects but excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural disasters. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, disruptions, or the use of materials as per the Client’s specifications.

Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate a contract in writing under specific circumstances. Should the Client wish to cancel services after work has commenced, the Client may be responsible for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. Uber Works Inc. reserves the right to terminate a contract if the Client fails to comply with the terms set forth.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or related to services provided by Uber Works Inc. will be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as agreed upon by both parties.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any legal proceedings must be conducted within the applicable jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms
Uber Works Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes and are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
